I came here from kindergarten to 2nd grade and I loved it here. This place will always be one of my favorite schools.

Teachers I encounter were horrible and expect your child to shut up, sit down, and act like little robots. My child is advanced and the refused to allow extra work and said he needed to he needed to just sit there after his work was done. Two teachers said they KNOW he has ADHD because he can't just sit there after he gets his work done. I asked the teachers if he could draw or have extra work they could give him and they said no he needs to learn to sit there. The one teacher excluded him from group work because the one day he didn't want to help teach the other children in his group. Last I checked my son was a student not the teacher. He had his recess taken away because he said he didn't like another students drawing after the student asked if he liked it. One teacher didn't seem to fully understand how to teach common core math and only used examples in the book to explain to the children. I asked the teacher about the common core math and she said she was teaching what she was told to teach the way she was told to teach it. So I had to explain any concepts my child didnt understand because the teacher couldn't. Nurse also medicated my child without permission. Nurse tried to get my child to gargle salt water for difficulty breathing. Principal and some office staff are incredibly rude and could care less about the students or families. There is one staff member in the office that is very nice but the rest are horrible. Teachers actually yelled at my child for his tics that he couldn't control because he has Tourettes. I pulled my son from the school and none of my children will ever attend again.
