We recently had a fantastic experience working with Kolin DeLany to find a multi-family investment property in Philadelphia. He was communicative throughout the process and consistently went the extra mile (virtual tours, lots of follow up, etc). He'd loop in Al LaBrusciano as needed to leverage his wealth of experience in the area. Couldn't have asked for better partners and we were extremely excited to close on a great property last month!

The Al LaBrusciano Team was fantastic with my family and I! We found them by pure happenstance, but Im glad we did. It didnt matter what time of day, Ursula was always available and always up to date and the latest of what was going on with finding my home. Behind closed doors, her team worked hard to ensure my process was as painless and quick as possible. You can tell they all really enjoy their line of work and really felt like I was part of a family during the process. I never thought in a million years that a realtor would give me the customer service that I had experienced. 10/10 would recommend the Al LaBrusciano Team for any realtor expertise you may need. They are by far the best of the best hands down.
