Absolutely the worst company Ive ever dealt with. They have no problem taking your money but cant be bothered to get your trash. Speedys was so much better. I called in and asked for Hollenbaughs to come for the trash for the second week in a row since they keep skipping it and all they say is theyll text the manager. The wheels are broken on the dumpster and they wont fix them. Now people are throwing extra trash around the dumpster because its overflowing and looks like a dump. Im not sure how they got 1.8 stars. What a joke of a business. Update: I will say, the guys on the truck are nice enough. They did come for my trash today. Unfortunately, it took a negative review and arguing with the office before they came. I asked the driver what the charge will be for them to take the mattress that was dumped by the dumpster. He informed me the manager will look at the picture he took and charge whatever he feels like charging. Super professional. Waiting for the dumpster to look like this before picking it up is unacceptable to me, Its bad for business, and it encouraged others to dump their trash in my container, which I now need to pay extra for. In all the years that I worked with Speedys, this never happened

Absolute JOKE of a company. The funniest part is, I dont even have them as my trash service, but they pick up my neighbors across the street. After picking up my neighbors trash, they backed up their trash truck on my BRAND NEW driveway (which is a steep hill) and left a 5-foot long gouge about an inch deep. The owner is rude and the drivers are lazy. There is a cul-de-sac turnaround about 4 houses down from my house AND my development itself is a loop, so what was the need to come onto my property? But I see that my property is not the only one that they have damaged, it seems to be a re-occurring theme as I read through the reviews! This is not okay. No wonder the company only has 1 star. I dont know how theyre even in business. Do not bother using them unless youd like some damage to your property that they dont pay to fix.

Once again these idiots turned around in our driveway backing into our tree for the second time and smashed it and once again leaving the scene and we're told about it before severe damage to the tree when we called about it they just cut us off getting reported we are not even one of their customers

We had this trash company for about 3 months after they took over Speedy Disposal. They missed 3 pickups in 5 weeks and when I called and complained they said my trash was not out in time. My trash goes out at 5am on trash day, and they picked up about 2 in the afternoon. The office people are very rude, and the owner Brad is a total child. Find another company, dont waste your money.
