Deon and his team worked on installing an attic ladder and a platform for us. The price was resonable, and the work was doing exceptionally well. The good thing I liked about him was that he was very communicative about the whole process and was available when needed. Highly recommended

Deon is an awful human being. He left an exposed live wire in the living room without notifying me. I found out it was live when it electrocuted me 5 days later. If the breaker did not work I would be dead. If my cat touched it she would be dead and my house would be in flames. Naturally after I fired him for that and missing many deadlines he had the audacity to come in my home, keep the $3,200 deposit and hand me a bill for $2,600. Deon is a sweet talking con artist, don't be fooled, I've had other renovators in my house and they all agree that what little work he did was sloppy. Don't make the same mistake as me.

Having the same issue. All work that was done was sloppy. They show up for 2 hours and leave. Crack brand new composite decking. Caulk a gap in the wood that was over an inch wide. Yesterday, painted outside over ice on the wood and it was also 35 degrees out. News flash- exterior painting should not be done under 40 degrees. When I said something i was told the ice would melt off the wood??? And i was too picky. Last week i had a discussion with him about all the shoddy work that was being done and he agreed that it was shoddy. So I gave him another chance and that is what his workers did? NO. No one pays a contractor to F up their house. I paid him a $1325 deposit and he didn't earn that. He will NOT be getting another dime from me. This pic shows how i feel about his work Yes Deon I did curse at you... you deserved it. My home was not challenging it was your incompetence that made it so. Everyone has cameras at their residence. I unplugged the cord after i asked your laborer if he was leaving and he responded "Yes" . Further your laborer agreed that the work you did was bad Just your response alone to all that are unhappy with your work says it ALL.

I retain contractors in both a professional and personal setting and I found Antillean Restoration to be refreshingly exceptional! Mr. Deon and his team were extremely knowledgeable, impressively reliable, budget conscious, budget friendly, and punctual. They assisted with services such as framing, wall installation, custom access paneling, electrical, painting, closet creation, ceiling installation, circuit installation , recessed fixtures, and drywalling. Their work product was immaculate and precise. They remodeled my entire basement and outlined clear expectations for each phase of the project. They also ensured that I had the opportunity to approve changes and review and approve their progress at the completion of each phase. They assisted me in troubleshooting design issues and had a creative and practical approach to problem solving. They were thorough and consistent with their communication and provided ongoing updates. They were also very transparent and detailed in their billing.
