        Mr. Mitchell was great with appraising a house before I bought it!! I felt a lot more comfortable with purchasing it after he did the appraisal!! He was very truthful and not out to get me!! He was available to help the next day too which was a big help!!

        Really didn't appreciate the experience listing my house with these guys. They put very little effort into selling - from writing the description for listing on websites to holding open houses. They wouldn't even list the house with Zillow... Then Cory tried to get me to sell my house to a real estate investor friend of his for $80k below my asking price. Like he'd let the house sit for 6 months just so he could lowball me and flip my house. Avoid at all costs and try to find a realtor in Wilkes Barre who will work as your advocate.
