Hello, I’m sorry nobody was there to assist you when you arrived. I understand your frustration, I’d be frustrated as well. I was in a massage when you arrived and did not hear you call out, nor was I alerted by my surveillance camera, which is extremely rare on both accounts. My phone rings while I’m in massages and I don’t stop to answer calls until I am back at my desk, which I state on the voicemail. My help had to leave suddenly today leaving me without the store support. I did check my video and, unfortunately, that was when you arrived at the store. I am a sole business owner and try my best to have someone available to watch the desk, especially during the holiday season. When I have a client on my table for a therapeutic massage, I am fully focused on their treatment. I do keep an ear open for customers who enter my store, but I am sorry to say that I did not hear you enter today. If you’re willing to give me another chance I’ll be there 10-5 tomorrow.
