Very shocked and disappointed. Been a patient for years and years. Even paid cash for a partial and crowns. I had to cancel several appointments due to health issues and a death of an immediate family member. Never warned that if I cancelled appointments I would be removed as a patient. Thought that pertained to no shows but I always called to cancel. Received a letter in the mail that I was removed from being a patient due to too many cancellations. I guess life isnt supposed to happen. Maybe I should have went in with covid and the flu . Extremely disappointing. The lack of compassion is insane.

Have been going to Dr. Doran for many years and it is always the same experience. Super friendly and nice staff and Dr. Doran is an absolutely fantastic dentist!!
