Arrow Auto Glass

I called safelite and they ask me $420 for a windshield and they wouldn't provide the service at home . I contacted Arrow and they provided the service at my house next day, the installer managed to remove carefully the inspection stickers and stick em on the new windshield all in an impresive short time and i only pay $275. Big money difference with great service. I would truly recommend Arrow.

Save yourself a headache and go through Safelight. Had a cracked windshield and filed a claim through my insurance agency. They listed Arrow Auto Glass as an option so I went with them. Scheduled their tech to come replace my windshield while I was at work on 3/27. They called and said the part didn't come in and had to reschedule for the next day 3/28. Completely understandable. The next day arrived, and I had a missed call and voicemail saying the part still didn't come in and had to reschedule. So I called back to reschedule, and the lady apologized but said the reason was that the technician called in sick. So one of those reasons was a lie. So I rescheduled again for the next day 3/29. 3/29 arrives and the technician didn't call me within the 7am-9am time window that they told me. So I called Arrow and asked for confirmation that I was actually on their schedule. Lady said I was and that it would likely be around 12pm. Lo and behold I get a call at 10:30am fully expecting it to be the technician saying they are on their way. Nope, it was the scheduler calling to tell me that they had to cancel yet again because the technician called in sick. She said they didn't even know he called out sick until they started getting calls from other customers asking where this guy was at. I don't understand how you don't know your employee didn't show up for work. I contacted my insurance agent and told them this story and asked if they could just cancel the work with Arrow and set me up with Safelight. This is my first and last time ever attempting to work with this company. Update: Had my insurance change the service to Safelight. Safelight called me the same day and set up an appointment and got the work done in under 2 hours. Glass has been on for a couple of days now and is perfect. No leaks and no damage to my vehicle. Will be recommending Safelight to everyone going forward.

Horrible, first the replacement was leaking, then the rep removed a trim piece on my windshield and replaced it with glue instead. Don't use this company.

Used Arrow glass many times for my dealership and auto rental business. Good prices and excellent service all the time.
