I really wouldn't recommend getting involved with this leasing office. Unfortunately, they seem to have some questionable practices, especially when it comes to hefty move-out charges. The leasing office and management, to be honest, come off as quite rude and not entirely truthful, making the whole experience less than pleasant. It's probably best to look elsewhere for a smoother and more trustworthy apartment.

Worst people and very bad management company.
Especially please be advised by a lawyer to review your rental lease and dont get scared by the management legal notices.
They spy on you.
Move in inspection, record it and save the video.

Extremely Disappointing Experience !
I cannot emphasize enough that all the reviews here are accurate. This place is determined to extract more money from tenants by any means necessary.
It's disheartening that such companies are allowed to operate. They are essentially looting tenants. Even after three months of my lease ending, I received legal notices for additional charges amounting to $1000, despite surrendering my entire security deposit and settling all outstanding payments they demanded.
To avoid a legal battle, I reluctantly paid the unjust fees, but the entire ordeal was both frustrating and infuriating. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this place!

I had lived in many apartments before , never have I come across THEIVES posing as leasing office before ! Dont get fooled by the great location. Trust me there are many decent places with great location for better prices.
During my six months living there, I felt like their move-out and move-in inspection process was designed to charge for the entire apartment renovation, even after I went the extra mile to have my carpets professionally cleaned. Unfortunately, I never got my security deposit back.
The staff's behavior was not pleasant; they were RUDE and intrusive, making my stay uncomfortable. Dealing with THREATS and unnecessary issues ended up putting a significant FINANCIAL STRAIN on me.
I would genuinely advise being cautious when dealing with them. If you're considering leasing with them, please know their tendency to misrepresent situations for financial gains.
Especially, I'd be careful when interacting with MAT from the leasing office; my experiences made me believe he is never truthful.
Moreover, my interactions with their paralegal team, and Melissa Hammer, left me with the impression that they might all be working together to extract additional funds.
It feels like they persistently try to take more money from tenants, making life difficult and holding onto security deposits while imposing extra charges, possibly to profit from renting to new occupants.
