Update: We got a large "the meats" on the Super Bowl night. This time the experience was better. They seemed to have cleaned up the place. The pizza came out efficiently. But boy, the inflation is real. A large "the meats" is $25.16 after tax!!!
Personally I find the pizza way too salty. I only had one slice and couldn't stomach more.

Pizza is fine. But the overall experience is rather poor: 1) the waiting area is kinda dirty--for a takeout pizza place, this is not really acceptable as no one is eating here; 2) tonight's front person, aka, cashier, is hard to communicate with; I don't think a business should put someone with language barriers in the front; 3) we ordered a large meat lover and asked for paper plates--first the guy didnt understand what paper plates mean; when he eventually got it, he gave my husband TWO paper plates!
I haven't had Papa John's for a while, but I find tonight's pizza way too salty.

BAD BAD BAD experience ordering online for delivery!!!!!! The guy never found my location and dont even speak English smh so disappointed.
