Jeff asked all the right questions before taking us through the selections. He wasnt trying to just sell and make a sale - he worked very well at selling us on the right bed for us. We chose the C4. The beds aren't self-explanatory, so you have to get information from a sales person. Mine left me on a deflating bed while he went to help 2 other customers. They also don't have prices listed, so I left very uninformed and unimpressed.

The staff always make things easy! I have been a sleep number owner for years an was in to get new pillows. I love everything I ever buy at the store. I highly recommend buying a bed ~ best purchase I ever made!
