It has been 60 days since my mother passed. I keep getting run around about the death claim. People don't communicate and just brush you off. You can't even speak to a claim agent. The home office and agent who took the policy over has been in minimal communication, after all its AEP for Medicare and those enrollment commissions are more important. I wish I never signed as an agent here. I wish I never got a policy for my mother here. I wish I never would have had friends and family get policies here. Worst company I have ever worked for or with. I'll be contacting Department of Insurance.

I am very pleased with EmKay and the guidance and support she gave me. She took care of all of my questions and helped me set up my social security, Medicare, Supplement and drug plan. She also saved my wife over $2,000 a year on her medications!
