I went to this store today, December 5, 2023. at 4:20pm! The store always has quality and great prices! the store was empty with no customers with just two young salespeople and a manager. and at no point when I was in the store did any of them even the manager let us know! They always looked unhappy! and when I needed to ask about a product in the store I asked the employee three times and was ignored! UNFORTUNATELY THEIR SERVICE IS SCARY AND INHUMANE! Even though I bought 20 pieces to give to my employees, I was still there because I had found what I liked! I needed to leave the 16 pieces at the cashier to free my hands so I could choose other things, when I returned to the cashier to pay I had chosen other pieces and I also found other pieces in different colors than the one I had chosen! So I asked the young salesman to please let me review the pieces I had already chosen to see if I should add more or just swap! The seller with a snobbish tone and very rude said that I couldn't access the items I had chosen because he had already scanned them. the manager came next with an authoritarian tone and arrogantly said no, and that was the procedure to speed things up, I looked around and the store was empty! There was no queue, just me there to pay! after I told her that I have a company, and I know how to treat a customer, and the way they were acting was wrong and that I would also come to vent like the evaluation, she changed her mind and gave me all the pieces for me to look at for the last time! It was very HUMILIATING! ATTENTION MANAGERS, SUPERIOR, you need to train your team better! manager and salespeople of this AEROPOSTALE KING OF PRUSS PA store are unable to speak to the public! you will lose many, many customers! There are many people who really need work and will do it with love! and not just for the obligation and money!

I was humiliated! and treated badly in this store today! the seller and manager were very rude, arrogant, and looked unhappy! I have never had such poor and unloved service as today! Sad to know how many people really need work! and they would do everything out of love, not out of obligation and hate!

Seems like a reoccurring theme at this location, salespersons were extremely rude. One of the girls working cut me off when I asked about a certain product. No one came up to help me or say hello even. The attitude I received at checkout was unacceptable. Will never come back. Online shopping from here on out.

My last 2 times in the store I was helped by the same girl, who was equally miserable on both occasions. You don't like your job, you don't like people, got it. Find another line of work.
