Whoever works in pricing and thought $10 for a breakfast sandwich outside of NYC should be fired or evaluated for their mental health. It's good, not premium, and for that price I would expect gold flakes served on a silver platter. The margins at this place must be out of this world - $8 for ketchup spread. You save a whole $3 for buying a dozen bagels over individually. Cooks were great, working very hard. Cashier and whatever the one other girl was 'doing' couldn't be bothered more by having a customer. Saw a few people walk out after 5 minutes because no one was at the register. Save your money and go to a mom & pop shop.

We saw the negative reviews and decided to try it anyway and we were not disappointed! My husband got The Cure on an onion bagel and I got The Standard with just egg and cheese on a plain bagel. The sandwiches were generously portioned and the service was fast and friendly. They're not the most amazing bagels I've ever had or a place I'd go way out of the way to visit but if you're in the area, these are a pretty solid breakfast option!

I have never waited 55 minutes for an untoasted everything bagel with cream cheese until visiting this place make it make sense. Its a shame too because the bagels are good but they are either so understaffed or so undertrained in running this fast paced type of business.

This is my second time going. The first time I waited a hour but I wanted to give them another chance. This time I waited 40 mins for two sandwiches. The people were not welcoming again. All of the people waiting for food were frustrated. Not worth starting your morning surrounded by such negativity and unhappiness. They forgot one of my bagels and didnt even apologize. Also the price is not worth the wait and size of the bagel. Never going back.

I ordered a Bacon & Egg Bagel Sandwich (no cheese) on the app, to pick up in the King of Prussia store. When I picked it up, I opened it and it was slathered with cheese. I went back in the store and reported it. They gladly made another. But The man making the sandwich put a piece of sausage on it. He then asked the woman at the counter what I had ordered, she said bacon, and he just took off the sausage and put on the bacon. (I hate sausage, by the way.) I said nothing, it was taking too long as it was. Then another man cut the sandwich in half and wrapped it. I was given my sandwich. When I opened it, the knife that cut it must have had cheese on it because there was ample cheese on the sandwich at the cut. I didnt go back. They didnt care that I had ordered it, took no care in utensils used (luckily it was preference not allergy) and obviously didnt really care. They advertise a premium experience, and it wasnt. And I contacted them as well... radio silence after one week. ********************************** Now that they have replied, notice (1) the reply is standard and does not address any of the issues or concerns and (2) I also wrote them at the info@ email address, and they didn't reply. I guess they don't need to since those are private and Google is public. Truly disgraceful. *************************************
