Very special accommodation, close to restaurants and entertainment places. I lived there in 2018 for a year and it was a special experience.

Residents are seemingly never held accountable for anything by the management team. Several individuals with aggressive dogs are repeatedly reported to the office and while we are told that they are talked to youll see them the same day continuing the exact behavior. Noise complaints are seemingly never followed up on and often times residents have attempted to retaliate against the person they perceive has reported them. Maintenance will go through phases where they care about the building or dont and the cleaning crew will maybe go through the entire building once a month. The latest adventure is that the garage door has been stuck open for nearly two weeks which did lead to someone attempting to steal a vehicle inside the garage. Not sure why that makes much of a difference though as often one or both of the loading dock doors will be open all night and if not that a side door into the garage area is nearly always open. The office tried to install a hinge that forced the door closed but almost immediately gave up once that came loose. While theres a certain amount of benefit of the doubt that can be given knowing that they cant control everything in a communal living space that only stretches so far before it verges on incompetence. Coming from Omnia across the street I can also safely say that the Hanover built apartments (Omnia, Cirro, The Point) are just as bad in their own ways (my unit there had a laundry closet that flooded if it rained too hard outside) so if you can help it I would stay away from the Town Center entirely. All of these buildings are banking on their location outweighing any negatives and to that I would advise you plan to drive a little bit further.

I really enjoy living so close to the resturants & wegmans. The apartment building is beautiful and well maintained. The management is friendly and helpful. I like that my patio over looks the pool.

Horrible.. Simply overpriced. Horrible Management..Been here going on year two and will be my last!! If it wasn't for the $5000 to break my lease I would be gone!! Photos show the neglect of ice on walkways which shows The Point across the street with clear walkways. Trash rooms are disgusting, Mice in halls, garage is awful and only 4 EV chargers where if you leave your car anytime over the limit you will have notes..Manger does nothing!! I write and hardly get response and if I do nothing gets done.. The dog waste bins are always overflowing with neglect. The gym always had lights out or missing equipment. I pay over $3000 for a two bedroom and I can not wait to leave..The noise from the apartment above is horrible, you can hear dripping in the walls and smells of cigarettes in the vents...The town center is great and maybe will move to another building but STAY CLEAR OF THIS BUILDING!!! unlike their walkways...
