$351.00 for a half-hour service call with about $60 of materials? .....and they never called me back when I asked for an explanation of the charges. I'd say we were ripped off, wouldn't you?

We've had Lester Water service our water system twice, and both times, we were able to get on their schedule the next day. The technicians were on-time, friendly, and very knowledgeable. They listened to our concerns and description of our issues, tested the water, and took the appropriate actions based on the results of the water test and issues we were experiencing. They took the time to explain the actions they took and how it would resolve our issues. And they solved the issues we were experiencing! The cost was very reasonable and it's money well spent to have clean, clear water.

Lester Water is a fantastic company. They installed a home water filter and water softner system and we have been very happy. They are very professional and provide excellent work.. Would highly recommend.

I had a really great experience all around. Dave was very responsive, friendly, and answered all of my questions. The price I was quoted was very fair for a complete water correcting system. The guys came and installed the system today, and they were also super friendly, efficient and professional. I dont often leave reviews but felt that the service I received was really top notch, and wanted to share that info with others.
