      image Terrible experience this year having taxes done. Was never told up front about price even though there is a window sticker in lobby that states "no surprise pricing". Was never explained my refund. Had to go back next night after signing everything to sign additional documents that they missed for me to sign. They almost had me mail into my state an envelope that said nothing was owed, well good thing I double checked because I did owe! These are supposed to be professionals and I get mistakes happen, but this was just very poorly executed! They asked if I wanted direct deposit or if I wanted a check. I explicitly asked for direct deposit and confirmed banking info and they still didn't get that right, now I'm waiting for a check in the mail! Why ask me for this and then do the opposite? I have completely lost trust and faith in this location. I will never be going back now. The branch manager was "sorry" but offered no way of correcting this issue .
