We're extremely thrilled with the exceptional work provided by Greystone! They recently completed an outdoor patio for us, transforming our backyard into our go to spot for relaxation and entertainment. The attention to detail and craftsmanship is evident in every aspect of the patio. Not only that, but their weekly yard maintenance service has been consistently top-notch, keeping our outdoor space looking fresh week after week. Their team is professional, efficient, and truly understands the importance of customer satisfaction. We couldn't be happier with the results and highly recommend their services to anyone in need of both outdoor projects and ongoing maintenance.

We are blown away by how our backyard patio turned out. The crew was top notch in communication and execution of their project. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of hard scape work.

Apologies in advance as this could get lengthy. I've grappled with leaving a review of this company but I have to do what I can to ensure others don't go through what I had to go through. I employed Greystone to perform a basement walkout project that began in late December and is just now "officially" wrapping up as I write this review in July. I think it starts with the fundamentals at this company, and that is they simply aren't equipped to do certain jobs. They may be great at some things, and I'm certain of it, but I found they were renting more equipment than use of their own equipment to do what I employed them to do upon which they promised they were experts at. I understand certain job applications require special tools that may not make the most sense to have of your own, but I feel as a company that labels themselves a hardscaping company, tractor equipment and concrete saws (rented the wrong size in fact, had to cut from the inside of my house sending dust everywhere) seems relatively straight forward. Then we come to the application of the drainage portion of the basement walkout which has frankly what drove me to write this lengthy review. To drain the water that collects at the bottom of the steps (next to the newly created door entrance), a pool skimming pump connected to a water hose that was meant to lay in the yard and be uncovered. This drove me to employ another company to install a proper drainage system, as my basement flooded 4 times within a month of the pool pump being put inline for the drainage of my project. I'd also mention the concrete that was "formed" was beginning to deteriorate/look poorly within 3 weeks of it being formed. I will give them this, they came out and fixed it but that seems a little soon for something to fail, so I'm hopeful I won't have issues in the future now that I no longer have their attention. Random other attention grabbing/eye brow raising facts: 1.) When cutting the wall inside, they left behind an old lawn chair cushion to soak the water up used by the saw which end up becoming saturated and the water spreading to other parts of the basement. 2.) They just didn't come on certain days they said they were coming. 3.) Ground water penetrates the surface of the hole, so nearly all the water surrounding the basement walk out drains directly into the hole. I implore anyone considering this company to just be mindful and do your homework and ask for references. I'm sure there's something they specialize in, but it is not doing basement walk outs or drainage. Unfortunately, the two negative reviews other than this one that are present on this page came after I hired them to do the job. I think the part that makes the situation the hardest is that the company has family that neighbors us, and this was the resultant work we got. Be cautious. Service: Outdoor step construction
