        Absolutely super folks to deal with, from scheduler to technician. Solved my no heat problem promptly. Justin diagnosed the problem with the heat pump outside and repaired it far more economically than a rival competitor's recommendation. He then helped me reprogram the thermostat inside to connect to the internet service. This will automatically switch the heat pump over to the backup oil furnace heat when outside temperatures are low.

        Another excellent job completed! We had a shower install, had some issues with parts to the shower but the guys that installed it were able to swap it out and have it fixed within a few days. Highly recommend for any bathroom updates!
