Wells Fargo Bank

Unprofessionalism comes from the top here, especially the manager. As a business owner I am requesting basic information from my bank and the manager scheduled an appointment and cancelled it an hour before without a phone call or prior notification. It is a shame that they just respond that we are so busy , when every human being is busy but that is the part of your job to be busy

I have banked with this branch for over 20years. I have not really had to go into the branch over the past few years due to online access, however I have recently had to go in twice within a week and have had to leave both times due to not getting the correct information from the teller. The lack of information that they provide is disappointing and frustrating. Over the years I have lost confidence in this branch and Wells Fargo in general. Probably time to look for a new bank

I have banked with this branch for 15 years. It has become harder and harder to be a customer. I own multiple businesses and require some banking/banker interaction. They do not answer the phones so it is very difficult to make appointments or get quick answers. I stop at the branch to make an appointment the tellers tell me they can't make appointments. This is not service. I no longer feel comfortable allowing this bank to manage my finances. I recommend a smaller more user friendly bank if you are thinking about opening an account,take a loan, mortgage, or financial advice.
