I have had Richgas for about 11 years. First at my camper at a local camp ground, now at my house. They are grate people to deal with and give a fair price.

Have had Richgas for over 10 years and all great things until recently I asked them to move my tank to build my addition on and they swapped out my large tank with a smaller one. After addition was built they said they would come trench and run the line to move the tank. When they arrived they said they didnt want to run the trencher because the dirt looked like it had too many rocks in it Now winter, and 73 days after a fill and my tank runs out $250 special trip fee for weekend trip. After some discussion about being 10 miles from them, the gentleman lowered to $150 I agreed and asked to please keep the bill at $500 max, and I had to stop him before it hit $800. My fault I didnt check my tank, but wow Sometimes the cost of doing good business is worth not loosing guaranteed business.

I've been with Rich Gas for 5 years and they are always there when I'm running low. Even hooked up a ventless heater I installed.

This company has been very reliable and has provided quality service over the years. Be aware that when you cancel your service with them they will come unannounced and remove their tank from your property. Make sure you drain your tank by using the remaining gas otherwise they will take what you paid for. When I called to ask about this I was told that the tank was 1/3 full and that they would be sending me a check for $30 because they deducted $75 for removing the tank. The lady said to read the contact that I signed. Seriously. How about informing a home owner that you would like to pick up the tank instead of trespassing on ones property. Based on this experience I would not recommend this company.
