I am a new customer at the Credit Union. The staff was so helpful and friendly. They answered all my questions snd set me up with what I needed. Very easy snd took no time at all. Very easy process.

Used to be a great bank. Now two major security breaches in less then a month. It takes them two weeks to send you a new card. I just got my new debit card and found out third hand it was already canceled.No warning nothing. They used to call and make sure you knew it was being cancelled in case you needed to take out money or change a bill now they just leave a message- for me at my parents number(I'm in my 30s). I use my debit card for everything so this is beyond an inconvenience.
I've asked twice now to update my phone they still won't do it. So for the second time during a major security breach I"ve gotten no notice until I tried to use my card to pay for something I needed and it declined which is it's own kind of fun.

You can not find a better place to bank. Everyone there are so knowledgeable and helpful. No matter your need this is the place to go.
