They are always messing up orders. This was the second time I ordered the two for 5 sausage mcmuffin with egg and they forgot the sausage on both sandwiches. They need to find better employees.

McDonald's in Westmont is the most hit and miss fast food restaurant in the Johnstown area. There is a 50/50 chance that you will experience at least one of the following things. Food dry and not made fresh, item(s) missing from your order, you'll wait way too long for your food. Very inconsistent service at this location.

Update February 19th 2023. They were doing so well since December . Then today I ordered the double big Mac. They essentially gave me a "double cheeseburger" dressed like a double big Mac in the box. It also has two different kinds of pickles. The pickles that go on the spicy chicken and the regular burger pickles . Fries were undercooked too. Last week I ordered two Big Macs with extra pickles. One came back marked no pickles and the other one was marked extra pickles. . Just saw that my daughters cheeseburger happy meal had the wrong pickles too. Update November 2023 ordered a spicy chicken sandwich. I would have more sauce if I used a ketchup packet on my sandwich. And I don't understand. They have the same owners as the one downtown. And the one thing I love about McDonald's is they're usually pretty consistent with the food. You will have issues sometimes with service or getting your order correct at the drive-thru. I seem to have an issue when I order any of the big sandwiches off the menu. The double cheeseburgers, McChicken sandwiches and the McDoubles are pretty much always correct. But anytime I'm craving a spicy chicken or I want a Big Mac. Just trash and immediately regret my choices. But if I go to the one in Richland, the one at the mall, the one downtown they're all pretty much consistent and not dry. When I called the reason was we have sauce guns and it has a dispenses out a certain amount. I know this. I worked there. But downtown is the same owners and we don't have this issue. Is your kitchen doing a half squirt? Once I got a spicy chicken And it didnt even have sauce on it at all. Paid for extra pickles on the sandwich and got two pickles. Didn't order extra pickles this time and I got three pickles. So inconsistent! I opened my sandwich and the chicken was stuck to the bread and pealed bread with it. Older review. But still stands. Their Big Mac's never have enough sauce and are always dry. Ask for extra pickles get 2. I usually have a better experience when I eat in. But drive thru is always not great. The big Mac buns are burnt and stale. Barely have enough sauce to make it palatable.
