        Dr. Lawless is negligent and needs to retire. He never listens to his patients and has a severe god complex. I switched Dr. And it was night and day. Maybe at one time Lawless did some good, but he is too old to take the workload and purposely ignore concerns to minimize what he has to keep track of. Like I said he needs to retire.
