        I called the other day for refills on my prescription called the next day to verify an upcoming appointment and was informed that they were going to put a note in my chart not to call any more medication in until I made a payment on a bill that they should have informed me about when they started giving me the shots (I thought my insurance covered it) so its their fault Luckily they did call in the prescription but only gave me a 30 day supply instead of a 90 day supply

        I'll admit I always see Denise, a PA, when I go, but I also call to make payments or place orders for prescription refills. That prompted me today. I love this staff. The ladies are professional and personable. And Denise listens and has offered help with any question I've ever had. Just wanted to say thanks today.
