I come here because its convenient and quick, close to my home. The last two times Ive come, its taken longer to checkout than grab my items because self checkout is closed. When I asked if it would be opening back up or theyre maybe going to staff another person(deciding factor when I choose which store to patron), the person who seemed to be in charge was rude. Just rude.
I understand it was busy, I understand theft is a real problem, I also understand if you cant handle the stress of your job while still interacting with customers, you should probably take a step back.
I asked a question to educate myself as a customer of this location. Its not hard to have a conversation without being a jerk.

Its the only Dollar General that I go to. I know where everything is and the workers are pretty cool especially the one girl but I don't know her name
