Choices Clinical Counseling

I have been seeing Adam at choices for close to a year now to help me with a major depression I found myself in. After never seeing a therapist or counselor before in my life I did not know what to expect or if it would even help. From the first session Adam cared about me and my situation. He worked with me every time I was there to not only get me to work through my issues but to also build up my ability to help myself through similar situations in the future. I cannot recommend Adam enough, his methods work and I am better off after seeing him for my issues!
