I've had mixed experiences with Laurel. I purchased a new Hyundai a few years ago and the deal and the sales experience were excellent. I recently tried to purchase a new Tacoma here but didn't because of the trade value they offered. I drove to Pittsburgh and got $2500 more for my trade on the exact same truck. My most recent experience was with the collision center. I wasn't particularly happy with some things at first but Wayne did an exceptional job of taking care of my concerns. I'd use the collision shop again, but I probably won't go back for sales.

Terrible service my car went there for repairs and they ended up doing more damage to my car than it did when it first got there when I tried asking them about it the guy that I was told was the one working on it tried telling me he wasnt the one doing the work and that they would have to call me back and then never did very sketchy people and place I wouldnt recommend doing any business with these people

Scott was awesome. Excellent communication. Couldnt be happier with my 4Runner. Wish all dealers were like this lol. Response to emails and texts were excellent and amazingly punctual. Thanks again and keep it up man!
