I went to Hope Cyclery for some adjustments on a bike I bought at another local shop that ended up being a very poor fit. I eventually purchased a nice Kona from Hope that is WAY more comfortable, because they took the time to make sure it was a good fit. They also host weekly rides from their shop that are super fun and do a ton for the community. Highly recommend the guys at Hope!

What a lovey team here at Hope. My experience with them has been nothing less than magnificent. From their expert advice and service on bikes to their positive attitudes and wonderful inventory, Hope Cyclery has it all and then some.

Jarrod is a top notch person. I brought my road bike into to get a tire changed and a new tube. After looking over my tire, he informed me he would feel guilty trying to sell me a new tire. I previously dealt with with Fat Jimmy's and have had a horrible experience. I highly recommend everyone to go to Hope Cyclery.

My wife and I recently purchased two Aventon Aventure e-bikes from this funky little bike shop in the heart of Johnstown. We explored the option of ordering them online directly from Aventon or Best Buy(yeah, right) but since we know nothing about e-bikes we felt more comfortable dealing with a brick and mortar business. Although it took a bit longer to receive our bikes, we're glad we dealt with Hope Cyclery. The co-owner, Jarrod, couldn't have been more helpful. They assembled the bikes for free including installation of the racks. They also adjusted the front shocks. When I picked up the bikes, Jarrod thoroughly explained everything and encouraged me to take a test ride just to make sure I was comfortable. He also took the time to help me secure the bikes in the bed of my truck. Not an easy task. After I got the bikes homes I had a few questions and I was able to get him on the phone immediately. As it turns out, there's a lot more to know about e-bikes vs. regular bikes. Nice to know we have some to turn to for service down the road(pun intended!) You can't say that about Best Buy or some online distributor. BTW, we absolutely love our new bikes! Thanks Jarrod and Hope Cyclery!
