        Spent a summer in these apartments some years back and was not impressed. They have not been remodeled since my stay.

        Landlord is very unresponsive. Made it seem like he was the kinda guy who would never get back to you. Good luck trying to get a hold of him. Been waiting for FOUR days for a call back and left three voicemails.
