I got an appointment quickly after posting an online message. The electrician Arrived ontime and introduced himself. He was very professional and explained what he was doing. Solved the problem and told me to follow up with any further issues.

We have been customers of Shawn Kresge Services since 2008. They have done many projects for us including upgrading our electric and installing mini splits in our home. We had a problem late at night with 1 of our outside units just this past week. We called 1st thing in the morning and they had someone here by 2pm that afternoon. They may have been here sooner but we weren't to be home till 2pm. Within no time the repair person had located the problem and he was able to take care of the problem quickly. We rely heavily on Shawn Kresge Services and they have never let us down. Thank you Shawn Kresge Services!!
