I was recently represented by Mr.Paul Levy in a case at the Carbon County courthouse, Mr Levy, his team of secretaries, constables and private investigators did a phenomenal job in researching, investigating and following up the particulars of my case. I feel that I am a free man because of Mr. Levy and his Associates. I would beyond highly recommend him to anyone that needs an attorney who cares for his clients. Paul Levy is a terrible lawyer. He was assigned to me as a public defender, promised me he could do so much for me and when it came time for court he was terrible. Said nothing to the judge I was basically representing myself. I went home and did some of my OWN RESEARCH. I found out I could appeal the decision. I went to ask him to appeal and he didn’t respond for a week, I had to go to catch him at the court office for one of his cases because he wouldn’t answer the phone or return my calls. He made me do a reconsideration hearing instead of an appeal which screwed me. I asked for him to get me a different judge or appeal to a higher court, which HE DIDNT AND I ENDED UP WITH THE SAME JUDGE. Obviously I got the same decision, which was so extreme for the the “crime”. DO NOT ALLOW THIS MAN TO REPRESENT YOU. If he is a public defender request a NEW ONE. His nickname in carbon county prison is “Paul leave-me-in-here”
