        Destiny did a great job showing us our 2022 Odyssey and even helped us compare some other models we were looking at. Rizk was so helpful answering our questions about the extended warranty and customizing the coverage based on what we wanted. Overall the whole dealership was friendly, helpful, and not pushy at all. We walked away with a newer used car for the same price that other dealers were asking for older models.

        I had a lovely car buying experience at Faulkner Nissan. I know! Hard to believe, but it was really pleasant. I called about a Nissan Certified Pathfinder and made an appointment. My sales associate, Alexander, was delightful. The car was completely ready for the test drive when I arrived. The Certified Sales Manager, Mark, discussed a very fair price with me and answered all of my questions in a very knowledgeable and competent manner. I never felt frustrated or pressured. And, here is the best part, the price listed on the website was actually the price offered in the dealership. It was very transparent pricing with no used car shenanigans. There were no "hidden fees, emission testing fees" or any other bogus craziness. The price advertised was the price of the car. Now, as wonderful as all of this is...let's talk about financing. My finance expert, Joseph, was polite, efficient and knowledgeable, but the process is tedious. I have bought cars for cash. I have financed vehicles. Yet, I have never, never enjoyed the process. Forms and banks and titles and...ugh. It's just long and tiring. That being said, Joseph was great. He was very helpful and efficient. It was not a high pressure process at all with his help. I was offered an extended warranty, but I never felt frustrated or unhappy. I would happily and gladly buy a car from this dealership again and I would highly recommend them for a fair deal, low pressure, happy car buying experience.
