This has been the worst experience coming to this location. We had a party of 7 and we were the ONLY people in the restaurant. When we arrived we asked for the cheesecake waffles and was told the waffle machine was broke. We asked for a steak omelet with chicken added no onions, peppers or mushrooms and the first thing we seen is mushrooms in the omelet. I asked for cheesecake pancakes and have been waiting for them since. It's been 45 minutes and 4 steak Omelets, tbone steak, pancakes, eggs, homefries and sausages have come to the tables. I was given my sausages which were ice cold by the time i was told my pancakes were burnt and needed to wait for a new batch. Needless to say I canceled my pancake order and planned to get something to eat when I left. They still brought the pancakes to the table my sausages were cold and went back already. It was disgusting to see an establishment work it's employee to be burnt out like this. When I started writing this review I was extremely annoyed by the end I felt bad for the employees. EDIT! Someone reached out telephonic to me a few days after this review. He apologized for the inconvenience and offered compensation. Which I've yet to receive a week later. Very disappointing! Signed hungry, annoyed and Still disappointed!

Monday April 1st, I ventured into the IHOP at 481 Old York Road. I waited 20 minutes to get a solo seat, and another 20 minutes to get my food with no utensils given to me. I was very disgusted with the customer service. When my food finally came, I asked for the check and left. I've eaten here before, and although the service was a little slow and food relatively decent, my last experience will not have me going back. This place is terribly under staffed and the wait staff thinks its okay to serve folks cold food! I will not be going back! To management, get it together!!!!!! Kid-friendliness: N/A
