Working with Rocksteady has been by far one of the toughest endeavors I have been a part of in my life! In my 16 months of employment, I have not only advanced my professional skill set but my mindset as well. Learning to work with others vs for others has been something I truly value. The growth module is everything they said it would be. From Entry Level to Management, there wasn't one time I was blindsided or taking by surprise. I knew what to expect and prepared for it. This isn't a job, its an opportunity. Opportunities are meant to be taken advantage of, not for granted. So thank you Rocksteady for allowing me to take advantage of the opportunity that was presented to me!
