        Rob is such an angel- he was very kind, honest, and welcoming. He made the whole process of repairing two items of jewelry very easy. The pricing was fair, and I will definitely be back! Beau, their dog, is also adorable. This is one of the best customer service interactions I've ever had. Every step of the process was transparent in terms of pricing, timing, and everything. Rob also gave great life advice :) Could not recommend more and would give 6 stars if possible.

        The women who work here are very friendly and sweet and are the reason I returned since the gentleman who does the repairs was very rude to me on both visits. If he were the only one there I would have taken the business somewhere else, to be honest. They repaired a ring of mine that belonged to my late sister and although I feel it cost a little more than it should have, Im grateful to have it back! Id recommend checking out the shop, but do not expect the jeweler to be kind to you.
