So un-professional it's a joke. The power trip by the office manager is beyond comprehension, instead of working to resolve issues, she perfers to yell at residents. Then complains that nobody will show her respect. I feel for her assistant as it seems she's walking on egg shells.
The manager should not be in this business as it's technically customer service.

If I could give this 0 stars, I would.
I lived at Chesterview for 15 years paying Galman like clockwork every month. I kept to myself. I travel a ton for work and am often not even home.
They sent out the ugliest letter to everyone in the spring of 2023 about "COVID is ending, we're retightening our regulations." Then they gave me hell about a flower that was reblooming. What the hell? Why would anyone want to live there? Luckily I had the resources to sell immediately and get out.
RUN. RUN FAR.

Currently dealing with them evicting me for 1 month past due rent. These people have no compassion for what is going on in the world right now. They're all about money and wanting old residents out to upgrade their apartments and then charge 3x the price. Absolutely shameful
