Theyve had my taxes since 11/21. I asked for an amended 2019 return and file a 2020 income taxes. Paid for services upon dropping of paperwork. Poor communication, bad customer service, and overall bad experience. I am still waiting to hear from after numerous attempts to contact them.

Got my taxes done there for years and I truly regret it. Rates are way higher than other tax agencies/accounting firms that Im sure offer better service. The communication is poor and delayed in many instances. You have to reach out multiple times especially to consult with Anita Conner & she either doesnt respond or takes weeks or months to get back to you. The front desk receptionist is no help. Anita is not concerned about being responsive or holding up to her end of the bargain. She takes the money & runs. Its disgraceful & despicable. I honestly am regretful of how long I used the services there due to the terrible customer service & lack of responsiveness on the part of Anita. No one is that busy or important that they cant properly respond to clients and put them first. Im not sure how her business has even lasted this long. I had loyalty to a fault & am so glad my eyes are now open & Ive moved on. This firm is a huge disappointment & I do not recommend it. If you want to be respected as a client & obtain top notch customer service, take your money elsewhere. Itll probably cost you less and you will get the quality service you deserve. I wish I could give it a 0 but no such option exists.
