        Chrisie was our technician. She was very knowledgeable and very professional. She did everything she could to verify that the water leak was not from a leak in plumbing but that we got too much water on the floor and in seeped onto the ceiling downstairs. She made sure to explain everything to me as she was doing it and asking me if I was ok with what she was doing. She was very respectful and not condescending. She also had a great sense of humor. That made a not so good situation much better to get through! Thank you all for such great service. Will definitely recommend. And call next time we need a plumber. Services: Toilet repair, Plumbing pipe repair
