I dont know if words exist to express how much Greg has meant to me through this process. I got pre approved through a big box lender at the beginning of my process just to see if I would get approved and I did! I knew I needed someone that would give me a greater understanding of the process and someone I could wholeheartedly trust through one of the most stressful but rewarding times in life. I found Greg on a quick area search for someone local. From our first call, Greg felt familiar, comfortable, patient with me and most of all, KNOWLEDGEABLE. We discussed different types of loans, what requirements typically come up and things to expect during the process. Greg never shied away from answering my sometimes in-depth questions and my ever inquisitive mind as real estate has always been so confusing for me (so many moving parts)! Though we had many twists and turns as Im sure a lot of home buying situations encounter, the communication and mutual respect for each others time not only helped close the deal but also earned me a trusted friend in the process! I have worked with Greg in the past when I refinanced my home, so it was an easy decision to use Pronto Mortgage for our construction loan. There were some hiccups along the way that he helped smooth out quickly. Highly recommend working with him!
