        Great location. Although closing the Penn Crossing location before opening this location on Oct 3rd 2022, was a poor business decision. Many lost customers.

        This company goes around the other insurance agencies and gives them business cards that say they "insure hard to insure properties". A friend who works for another insurance agency recommended them. When I contacted them they asked i send them photos of the property. They never responded. Weeks went by. I contacted them and they immediately responded saying they would not insure my house. My friend was shocked. She wont be recommending them to anyone else.
