        Needed some help with loan payoff notarization while in AZ. The team was very helpful, especially Rick who went out of his way to get it done for me in a very quick manner. You don't get that kind of service at the big banks.

        When the tellers at the Lewis Ave bank location refused to take a passport for verification to deposit a check into a checking account. !!!!! All my accounts will be closed out!!!!!

        While i do wish they had better hours for people that work the same hours they do and that their online system was more up to date, they are friendly and helpful, i go to them for any loan I need. I am giving 3 stars only because they should update their systems and be open more than they are.
