        Disgusting. Bought new hot tub because the couldn't fix the other one. New hot tub leaked 2 weeks later still not fixed. Service guy Todd was great not so much for the owner clay or Jason who runs the shop. He is nothing more than a lier. So therfore good luck if you deal with them. Pretty pathetic. 5 trips to my house discussed and will seek?

      Very sorry you are unhappy. There was a manufacturing defect in the spa we are in the process of fixing and waiting for a replacement part from the manufacturer. Not sure what we lied about or what your expectation is? We did not manufacturer the spa but are doing everything we can to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
