This company did not pay us for an entire calendar year for our services installing and removing signs. Not only did they not pay us after continually claiming they would, but furthermore than stole our posts that we own. They did not pay for the posts or pay for anything which is theft. They do not respond or ever try to resolve their issue. We work with many brokerages all over the region I suggest you do not use this company.

The workers are so nice and reliable but I got sold a dirty apartment with some appliances/walls that do not work correctly/are damaged

Slum lords. Hunter Donnelly and Bryson Lesnewsky are disrespectful and rude. Couldnt use the bathroom for weeks and had sewage water coming out of my ceiling into my dining room and they thought this was completely okay. Started in January and i still have water damage throughout my kitchen. They sent someone out to PAINT over it. Tried to delete my review so watch out. Also found out today they dont own our property anymore and still nobody has notified us. A true joke of a company.
