        We had a root problem with a toilet, they charged a ridiculous price for a 15 minute job. Then, wanted another $300 for a $11 shut off valve that took my husband 10 minutes to fix.

        We moved into a house and had a pipe burst overnight. The whole crew was great. They explained everything in detail. Jermaine saved us by finding a gas leak and got that fixed asap too.
