The Good: Honest service department that did good work and were fair on the pricing. They were responsive and seem like good folks to work with. The BAD: When I picked up my truck it was sandwiched between two other vehicles so tightly that i couldnt even open the driver side door and now it had scuffs and scratches all over the place. See photos. Now, I have to go spend a bunch of money and time on fixing all the paint issues that were created. This is a new (to me) truck that should have been returned to me in the condition it was received. I didn't even bring it up to the dealer when i picked it up because there is no way I am going to ever let them touch my vehicle again. Had my Rav4 in on 7/14 to be serviced due to vibration and rattling in the front end. Had to get a rental car until the parts came in. I ended up needing a cv joint and tie rod for the front passenger side which were covered by my warranty. They suggested machining my rotors and quoted me $229 which I declined, and an alignment which i agreed to. So, in all i paid for a brake inspection and alignment. I got my car back on 7/18. I called on 7/19 to make an appointment because the rattling in the front did not fully go away, there was grinding when I turned the wheel either direction, and my car is pulling to the right now. On 7/22 I had a family member change my rotors since it was cheaper than machining them. In doing so he discovered my front break pads were on the wrong sides (one side had 2 pads labeled inner and one side had the 2 labeled outer. Also the slide pins were seized on the front driver side caliper causing it to stick. So, he got them out, cleaned and greased them. That's two issues that were not caught in the brake inspection that I paid for. I will discuss those issues when i go in for my upcoming appointment.
