Ok, I could write a book on how grateful I am that I found Jen while searching for my new home, but Ill keep it concise- Jen is simply the best! She got me in every house I wanted to see ASAP, despite some of them being quite a distance for her to drive. She is honest, very responsive, knowledgeable, and so personable. Jen understood my needs, and I always felt like I was a priority. She really went above and beyond! Not only did I luck out on having a fantastic real estate agent, I also gained a great friend. Top reasons to choose Jen: 1) Available and responsive. She will respond to your texts right away and will get you in to see homes, which allows you compete in the craziest of markets. 2) Knowledgeable. She knows her stuff and will watch out for you. She will explain various options for just about everything. She also won't let anybody scam you. She proofs everybody else's work and holds them accountable. If somebody is dragging their feet, she gets on them. She is Type A in the best way. 3) Honest and unpretentious. She is a straightshooter who will point out the things that a home needs or aspects that you weren't considering. She will also explain things without making you feel stupid. You can trust her. 4) Patient. We looked for the perfect house to meet our very long list of requirements for years. We also asked the same questions more than once. There were times when we hesitated and even changed our minds, and she understood. She also put up with me reading every line of every document. 5) Jen will become your friend. You will want what is best for her because she truly wants what is best for you. (That might mean that you find yourself buying a house with a pool so that she can come swim in it! Lol!) The stars aligned when I found Jen on Zillow. She has been a blessing.
