Erie Insurance - Novakovich Insurance

Novakovich insurance is horrible, it started out affordable until I tried to remove one of the cars from my policy. They promised to send me a refund check for the premium I had paid, but weeks passed and no check ever came, so I called them to ask where the refund was, and they just doubled the premium on my remaining car so that they could justify keeping my refund money. I asked Brett to explain it to me, but he couldn’t explain the price hike on my 30 year old vehicle. I told him I was going to find a new insurance company and he said, okay! So that’s what I’m going to do. For the prices they charge, you can get much better insurance coverage for cheaper from a national company.
