We built with Yogi in 2015. The entire experience was a positive one as Yogi is very easy to work with and willing to blend the home buyer’s ideas with his own. His craftsmanship is beautifully detailed which adds to the home’s quality and style. Numerous people have commented on how beautiful our home turned out which makes us proud to live in Abby Place. My husband and I also feel that the product of our home was well worth the investment we put into it. We look forward to the completion of Abby Place. It’s a wonderful neighborhood to be part of!

We used Brentzel Builders to build our home in Level Green 7 years ago. They built our home on our own lot. What makes Brentzel stand out from other builders is that the owner is on site, WITH tools on, every day of the build. He worked hand in hand with us the entire build. We are very satisfied with the quality of our home. Brentzel was able to see our vision and bring it to life. We have remained in contact and consider them friends and would definitely use them again.

Living in the Irwin area for 20 years, my husband and I chose to build a new home in Abby Place in 2016. Meeting and getting to know Yogi was a pleasant experience, he guided us through the entire process being one step ahead to get our beautiful home completed in seven months. Yogi built our house in Abby Place 2 years ago. We chose Yogi because he built our neighbor's house and we liked it. Yogi has an old fashion way of doing things, and it seems that profit is not his goal, at least not the first goal. He uses better materials, such as copper pipes, which we like a lot because our previous house had a problem with plastic water pipes. We have recommended Yogi to our friends for a small project, and they liked Yogi too.
