I purchased a 2016 Toyota Highlander from Aunt Pennys Value Vehicle, and I must say, Chris was very friendly and made us comfortable. At first I wasnt so sure because I have trust issues when it comes to car dealerships, but Chris the salesman made us comfortable and answered questions we had, and if he couldnt, he referred us to someone who does.

Purchased a car from them not even a year ago and took it in for the maintenance (oil change and stuff need for the time) and was told that the timing belt broke and completely shot the engine. Haven't even had it long and already have to deal with this, it is completely unacceptable. They sell used cars at high prices, no warranty, knowing there's problems with these cars, I would never ever recommend this place to anyone. They are very pushy for you to buy and this is what happens not only that they have you do a "good" review for them as you're signing papers. If you are planning on buying a used car do not go here!!!! They're saying a new engine is $10,000 to fix what a joke. This place needs shut down. Little update.... I received a call from the dealership only for him to take some information from me about how old the vehicle was and how long we have had it. The vehicle we got was a 2016 Chevy Equinox not even 116,000 miles on it and it needs a new engine come on!! We're paying $13,000+ for the SUV and now have to put an extra $10,000+ into it. The extended warranty we was told about cost more than the damn car payment we were given for it!! This place is a complete rip off buyers beware stay away!!
